Business Growth Marketing Sales Thought Leadership

Feedback to feedback

I visited to restaurant and had amazing service, but the food was awful. The bearer compelled/ pleased to share a feedback and I ended giving good feedback. I know that’s a crime committed on my side 😉 I should have helped them to grow…

It’s rare to get a true feedback but that’s what needed to improve anything in this world. A good business would try hard to get the same. A lot of times the feedback given is given to satisfy the egos. The service or product lack of what it is really needs.

Have you ever noticed or given positive/negative feedback just to comfort the receiver? Have you ever given contextual/emotional feedback; you may change your stand if the context changes? Have you ever been compelled to give a feedback?

Social platforms are now helping a bit to give louder feedback, but they never meant to do so. It’s pretty hard for every business to reach there as well.

If the business is truly interested then one best thing that I can suggest is ‘eat your own dogfood’.. what else you can think of?
